Professional Remodelers Organization will provide draperies and carpeting. Artcraft will be supplying table and chairs at a minimal charge. Utility service is provided directly by the Seagate Centre at an additional cost to Seagate Centre. You must complete a Seagate Utility Form and provide your own extension cords. 2. No construction may exceed the height of ten (10) feet, this includes signs hanging from the ceiling or on the wall. Signs must be printed on one side only. Materials for decorations, etc. shall be flameproof. Nothing shall be painted, nailed or glued to the floor or walls. Only Seagate Centre approved tape is allowed on floor. 3. Exhibitors shall not assign or sublet any part of their contracted space herein contracted, without the written consent of the Professional Remodelers Organization. 4. Insurance desired by the exhibitor must be placed at his own expense. The Professional Remodelers Organization and The Seagate Centre will not be held responsible for any type of loss, claims, demands or actions of any nature by any party in connection with the operation of their space in the show. PRO requires a Certificate of Liability Insurance, naming Professional Remodelers Organization as a certificate holder, for at least $1million in Commercial General Liability 5. Exhibitors may distribute literature, etc. from their booth and take orders for merchandise within the boundaries of their booth. Unnecessary noises, loud attraction getters or loud radio, television, organ music, or other types of demonstrations are forbidden. Nothing can extend to neighbors booth and no one can solicit in the aisle. 6. Exhibitors shall be notified in advance by email of show’s move-in schedule and show hours. 7. All booths must be attended during show hours. Any exhibitor failing to occupy space contracted for is not relieved of the obligation of paying for such space. If not occupied by show opening time, such space will revert to Professional Remodelers Organization. Which reserves the right to re-sell such space without any credit to exhibitor. 8. In the event of an emergency, if it becomes necessary to postpone or cancel the show, all money paid by the exhibitor for space will be refunded as liquidated damages and the exhibitor waives any claim for damages. 9. The Professional Remodelers Organization reserves the right to alter locations of exhibitors or booths as shown on the official floor plan, in the best interest of the show. 10. The Professional Remodelers Organization reserves the right to reject, eject or prohibit any exhibit in whole or in part, or any exhibitor or his representatives, without cause. If cause is not given, liability shall not exceed the return to the exhibitor of the amount of rental unearned at the time of ejection. If an exhibit or exhibitor is ejected for violation of these rules or for any other stated reasons, no return shall be made. 11. Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to building, floors, walls, columns, or to standard booth equipment, or to another exhibitor’s property. 12. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any exhibitor may cancel this agreement and withdraw from participation. Cancellation prior to December 31, 2022 and will forfeit ½ of any monies received in booth space rental, all deposits will be forfeited.
